  • We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return (for exchange or store credit ONLY).

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Free from smoke, makeup, deodorant, pet chair, and any other marks.  You’ll also need the order # from your purchase.

    If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on your order return.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.
  • Return shipping is the buyers responsibility. 
  • For an exchange, we will send a second invoice for shipping to ship your requested replacement out.

  • *Store credit only - the following items will be marked a FINAL SALE & no exceptions will be made:
  • ALL: Consuela, Jewelry, Hats/Beanies, Swim/Body Suits, anything in our SALE section and/or marked FINAL SALE ITEM, Boy's Lie Line, The Laundry Room, Loyal West, American Darling, Keep it Gypsy, Self Tanner, Chan Sutton, TOVA, Pink Panache
  • Custom items will not be eligible for returns. 

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
  • Store Credit:
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically be sent a code for store credit. 

  • We cannot refund to the original payment as we pay fees on those transactions that are non-refundable to us.  Unfortunately, habitual returns will be banded automatically by the website.  
  • *Please note we need returns back asap - any returns taking more than 2 weeks to return to us, will automatically be sent back to the sender as this has passed our policy period for store credit/returns/exchanges.
